You are welcome at Belleview Chiropractic Clinic! Come in and make yourself at home, you’re in the right space for healing. Our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.
When You Arrive
Our front desk staff will welcome you warmly and give you a tour of our office. We’ll make sure all your paperwork is complete before bringing you to an exam room. If this is your first visit with a chiropractor, your doctor will take the time to have a detailed consultation with you to explain what chiropractic is and what it can do. She’ll answer any questions you might have about the process, so you’ll feel comfortable moving forward. This appointment will be about one hour.
Next, she digs deep to determine if there are any additional factors in your life which might impact your problem. You’ll then receive an in-depth physical examination, testing, and X-ray, if necessary. Most patients will receive an adjustment at this time.
Those patients with no prior chiropractic care will be scheduled for a second visit to allow the doctor to review their results. On the second visit review, they’ll watch a new patient report of finding video. They review the X-rays with them and talk about their care plan, before giving their first adjustment.
Financial Responsibility
On your first visit, staff at the front desk or our insurance specialist will discuss finances with you. After insurance verification, they’ll go over what, if any, copays or deductibles you’re responsible for.
Our fees are comparable for the area. We accept most insurances and Medicare, HSA plans, CareCredit® and ChiroHealth.
